Who should you refer?
Clients who are:
Over 18 years old
Suffering from depression, anxiety, or other common mental health problems, including those with long-term physical health conditions
Living in England and being registered with a GP surgery
Not under secondary care mental health services
Not in crisis: FortisMinds is not a crisis service and is not able to work with patients at risk of suicide.
If you think that your patient is at risk of harm to themselves or to/from others, then please encourage them to contact our Single Point of Access service (Crisis Line), which is open 24 hours a day: 0800 0234 650

What can a client expect
Treatments are long-term and usually 8 to 12 sessions are delivered. The treatments include:
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
